Last week Friday was a beautiful fall day for a wedding!! John and Kate are such a beautiful couple and were wonderful to work with! I have been photographing various members of Kate’s family over the past few years, so it was great to reconnect with all of them. Well, congrats to John and Kate and thanks for allowing us to be a part of your day!
Last week I had the opportunity to photograph my cousin’s family from my husband’s side. The Aupperlees have been serving in China with ELIC for at least the last 10 years. We have been especially blessed this summer as they have been on their furlough since June and are planning on returning to China in February. It has been great getting to know them better- they are such a fun family and we had such a good time during this session! Enjoy!
Derek is a senior this year at Hamilton High School. He plays on the tennis team and they just found out that they are going to state!! Go Hawkeyes! Enjoy the preview from our session last week!
This past week I headed out to Bentheim to photograph little Eli for his one year session. What a handsome little man! Their backyard was the PERFECT setting for the beautiful fall colors. I just love this time of year!! Enjoy!
You might remember my sweet little niece, Emma, from a few posts back. Well, as promised, here is the preview of the session with her mom, dad, and soon to be baby brother! He is due to make his grand entrance mid-November! Can’t wait! (Neither can Emma…she runs up to Kristen’s belly, gets her face right up to it and says, “see you soon!” So cute!) 🙂
This is Christopher…we headed down by the Trestle in Hamilton for his senior session last week. I just loved this location- it suited him perfectly! He has an awesome sense of adventure…his lifelong dream is to participate in the Iditarod Race in Alaska! How cool would that be?! Anyways, enjoy the preview!
I just LOVED the locations we went to for this session! Both Ross and Jessica live on farms, so we travelled to both of them for photos. I learned so much about farming during this session and had a great time with Ross and Jessica! Looking forward to their wedding next summer!
As promised, here is part 2 of Ellyot’s session!
As I posted my last post of my niece, Ellyot, I realized I never put any up of my other niece, Emma, from her birthday shoot earlier this summer! This is just a very short preview, as she was not in ANY mood whatsoever to take photos this day. Turns out, she actually had some sort of virus. Poor girl! But keep your eyes peeled for a preview next week of her with her mommy and daddy who are expecting her little brother sometime in November!
This little girl is my adorable niece, Ellyot. I can’t believe she is a year and a half already! She was crackng me up all night with her ‘smile’ face. Every time the camera would come out, she’d scrunch up her face and pose for a photo. So cute! Stay tuned in the hopefully near future for her rustic photo shoot as well. 🙂
