This little buddy is Hayes. He, along with his mom and dad, headed downtown Grand Haven last week for a quick family photo session. Since it gets dark so stinking early now, we had to find an indoor location. I absolutely loved the character of the building we went to, though. It was great! And had quite a bit of space for Hayes to run around in. (And I think he utilized it all…he is one busy little boy!) Enjoy the preview!
This session was super exciting, as this was the first time I got to meet the newest addition to the Klaasen family. They just returned only a few weeks ago from Ethiopia with their beautiful new daughter. She is so precious and fits in so well with their family already! And their oldest is graduating from Hamilton this year, so we did a senior session downtown as well. Enjoy!!
Adalyn just turned one a few weeks ago. Her parents always have the cutest outfits for her photos. I loved her little dress, and especially loved seeing her little smile. 🙂 She wasn’t quite sure how to eat her mini cake on the floor in front of her, so she just demolished the frosting and called it good. Mmmm, mmm. She was super cute with her foofy leggings. 🙂 Enjoy!
I was so happy I was able to take these pictures of little Liam last week. He is so sweet and handsome- and has the brightest little eyes! I couldn’t help but to laugh at their dog, Abner. She loved to be in the photos and was the perfect model pup. 🙂 Enjoy the preview!
Jordan was a rock star during this shoot! I dare say it was taken on one of the dampest, coolest, dreariest days yet this fall, but she didn’t flinch. She was getting rained on for nearly the whole hour long session. My fingers literally stopped working from the cold at the end, but she held up great! I love how they turned out! Jordan is graduating from 8th grade at Zeeland Christian this year. Enjoy the preview!
After being rained out last week, we were finally successful fitting this session in this week. It was great to photograph the Falk family- they are some of our friends from church. Their boys just cracked me up! Jonathan was the perfect little model, and Andy was a typical very busy 18 month old…more interested in nearly everything besides the camera. 🙂 They are so cute! They were thrilled to finish off the session by playing on the giant red button by the Ford Museum. Enjoy the preview!

Last week I headed out to Holland to photograph the Wedevens. I hadn’t seen them since our session this past January, and was shocked to see how much little Josalyn has grown up- I loved hearing her talk! Kids are so cute when they first start talking! And she has tons more hair!! Such a cutie!
I was so excited to photograph my good friends again this fall. JP and Katy are missionaries and co-workers of mine at Audio Scripture Ministries. Their children are super sweet, although Reuben had more interest in going in the water than having his photos taken last week. 🙂 Its always an adventure photographing toddlers. Leila was a little champ though. She has the sweetest little expression on her face…I love it!
